About Lyz Leaves
After being diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease about 20 years ago, I continued working for several years, until I could no longer keep up with the demands of my career. I since have tried many activities to stay active, observant, and engaged with the world. My personal interest of travel and photography has gradually become a more serious visual practice. I am now working to develop my voice as an artist through photography and other visual arts.
