About Maria Mayboroda
My name is Maria, and I am a beginner photographer. I’ve been interested in photography my whole life, but recently I decided to pursue it more seriously. There’s something beautiful about doing what truly brings you joy and inspires you. I want to constantly learn, evolve, and eventually find my own unique style. To me, photography has always been something special—it’s like art, like a painting, but in digital form.
Once, I read Dante’s 'Divine Comedy,' and it inspired me to create a small project called 'The 7 Deadly Sins.' I carried this idea in my head for a long time, and just three months ago, I decided to bring it to life. The shoot took place in an apartment using natural light, and I used my Canon 800D. In this project, I acted as both the model and the photographer. Thanks to a timer and a tripod, I managed to capture exactly what I envisioned—at least, I think so. I’m fully aware of the technical flaws, but my main goal was to convey the idea, the emotions, and the mood.
